The video qualifications for the dressage finals are open until March 10th, when the updating results list for the video qualifications will be posted. After this, only you can only qualify for the reserve places.
We encourage everyone to submit their qualification video in good time and to start practicing the qualification course now!
Judges will begin judging in the registration order, with the goal being to have all videos judged within about a week. If you want to be included in the first results list, submit your video at the end of February or beginning of March.
The qualification results list, including reserve spots, will be finalized on April 1st. The final entry lists, which will also include those who have earned their spot by other means, will be published on May 5th.
Dressage Final Spots:
- There are 5 spots available in the Dressage Championship video qualifications and additional reserve spots.
- In the International Freestyle video qualifications, 15 spots are available for the finals, with reserve spots as well.
- A few spots and reserve spots are also available for the Junior Dressage Championship.
Examples of qualifier situations and the update of the results list
1️⃣The video submitted by Rider A on March 9th at 23:59 is still competing for a spot in the finals, but the judges will not have time to review their video before the list published the following day. The video qualification results list will be updated, and Rider A’s results will appear once the judging is complete.
2️⃣Rider B submits their registration on time, by March 1st. They will be competing for a spot in the finals, and will receive their results immediately from the updating results list published on March 10th.
3️⃣Rider A will have to wait a bit longer for their results, but both Rider A and Rider B are competing for spots in the finals. The published results list will clearly show who has qualified for the finals and who is currently in reserve. Reserve spots will advance to the finals as videos submitted between March 2nd and 9th are judged.
4️⃣Only registrations submitted before March 10th will be considered for the finals. The video submitted by Rider C on March 10th at 23:59 will only compete for reserve spots, even if Rider C’s score is higher than Rider A’s.
