The competition fee covers the entrance to Seinäjoki Arena
The competition fee is 35€, which includes the entrance to the Seinäjoki Arena. If you are lucky and get into more than one class, the entry fee is still 35€/class, and the entry fee will not be refunded. So: 1 class €35, 2 classes €70, etc.
The competition fee for Finnish hobby horse association members is 25€/class. become a member here Therefore, the competition fee for the Finnish championship classes is 25€ for the finalists, all of whom are required to be members of the SKHH ry.
The SKHH ry membership fee will only be payable after the annual meeting, so please register accordingly, depending on whether you will pay the membership fee for the 2026 season. Membership fees will be checked for everyone who has indicated that they are a member of the association when registering.
The competition fee for the entire team in the 80 cm team showjumping class (including the starting fee for each team member and entry to the event) is 80€. The size of the team does not affect the competition fee.
Competitors can register for as many classes as they want, but it is worth considering how many classes they can actually participate in, and how many entry fees they can afford (35 €/class). Many of the classes run simultaneously in different arenas and possibly in different halls. It is the competitor’s own responsibility to make sure they have time for each of their turns. If things get tight, it may be fairer to give up the right to participate in a less interesting class to the reserve places, so that as many people as possible can compete!
Registration for the open classes in three parts
NOTE! Only one registration form per class per competitor. If multiple forms are found with the same name, only the most recent one will be taken into account.
Registration for open classes is done in three stages. Each registration involves registering for different classes.
Please note that registering for open classes is not a so-called time trial, after the registration period has ended, participants will be drawn into classes! Register for the classes in which you would like to compete. After the registration period has ended, we will draw the competition places and reserve places among all those who have registered for the class in question. We use a proportional drawing method for the first and third registrations, where the more classes a competitor has already entered, the less chance they have of making it to the starting list! This only applies to the classes in the relevant registration period.
Please also note that several classes run at the same time, and it is always the competitor’s responsibility to make sure they have time for each class.
After the results
Those who have a starting place in the competition have two weeks to pay their competition fees. If the competition fee is not paid on time, the starting place will be considered vacant and the next rider on reserve will be contacted. The reserve rider will have three (3) days to accept the place, after which they will have two weeks to pay the invoice. Participants on reserve should keep an eye out for emails from us and the start lists!
The due date for the invoices for those who received places in the second registration is 6th of May. If you have not received an invoice and it also isn’t in spam, contact us. Remember to always use the reference number!
In case of cancellation after receiving the starting place, we will refund the competition fee only against a medical certificate.
