Welcome to the third weekly newsletter of the Finnish Hobbyhorse Championships!
The goal of the newsletter is to gather all the important announcements from the previous week into one place! This way we can make sure that our announcements aren’t lost in the waves of social media algorithms.
This week merchant tables have flown off the shelves, and our team has started their well-deserved christmas break!
Registration as a seller has begun!
Registration as a merchant is now open! 🥳You can register as a merchant using the forms found in our website in the Merchants section. The link to our website can be found for example in our Instagram bio. 🔗
Merchant tables will be distributed in the order of registration. Once the merchant places are full, registration for reserve places will open automatically. Reserve spots will be as well distributed in the order of registration. You can get a merchant table from a reserve spot if a merchant who previously got the spot cancels it.

Volunteering registration is here again!
Volunteering registration is coming!
Again this upcoming year it’s possible to participate in making the best event of the summer – as a volunteer! 🤩
There are various volunteer tasks for all ages and they can be fit into one’s own schedules. Before applying you don’t have to know anything special, since we will introduce all volunteers to the work before the event. 💪🏼
As a thank you, all volunteers will get a free entrance to the event. On top of that, if you work for at least 6 hours, we provide you a meal and coffee for free on the day of the event. 🍽️
Unlike previous years, this year the show jumping area has its own registration form. If you’re particularly interested in jobs on the show jumping tracks, you can apply for them through show jumping’s own form. 📝
Registration as a volunteer is open from 1.1.2026 till 1.4.2026. Volunteering jobs are assigned as registrations come in, so if you want your favorite task, register quickly!🏃🏻♀️💨

SM-qualifiers Helsinki Horse Show 28.2.2026
Be one of the first to redeem your spot for the Finnish championships. The first qualification will be held at Helsinki Messukeskus 28.2.2026 @helsinkihorseshow. Both the open and the junior qualifiers will be held during the day.

What on earth?! 😳
All merchant tables were reserved in record time on the first day! This means that there will be lots to explore and see and a great selection of different products at the event’s sales area. Leave a comment, what would you like to find on the merchant tables 🏃🏻♀️💨

We are taking a break for Christmas! 🎅🏼
The SM Committee will be taking a break for Christmas from December 22nd to 28th, during which time we will not be publishing new posts or responding to contacts. So if you have any questions and need an answer for them before Christmas, you still have time to contact us today or tomorrow! 😊
You can still send messages and contact us via any platform during the Christmas break, but we will not respond to them until December 29.
